Rule 511-1-3-.21. Disposition of Reports of Induced Terminations of Pregnancy

1. (1) Reports of induced termination of pregnancy are collected solely for epidemiological purposes. Such reports may be retained for as long as the State Registrar deems necessary and then shall be destroyed.
2. (2) The provisions of this Rule shall also apply to all records of induced termination of pregnancy filed prior to the adoption of this Rule.
