Rule 510-5-.11. Reporting of Sanctions

A Psychologist shall report within thirty (30) days to the Board:

1. (a) Any sanctions or disciplinary actions by any other lawful authorities.
2. (b) Any voluntary surrender of his/her license to practice psychology in another state.
