Rule 509-6-.02. Change in Ownership

When a change in the ownership of a firm, association, company, partnership, or corporation occurs, the following shall be submitted to the Board within thirty (30) days from the change in ownership:

1. (a) A new application for licensure; and
2. (b) An application for transfer of all employees.
