Rule 509-2-.06. Consideration of Applications

1. (1) In order for an application to be considered at a Board meeting, the application must be properly completed, and submitted with all supporting documentation, forms, and fees at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled Board meeting.
2. (2) All documentation of experience, including verification of licensure, must be original documents or notarized copies of the original documents.
