Rule 505-6-.06. Request for Stay of Final Decision

1. (1) A request to the Commission to stay the enforcement of a final decision pending superior court review must be made in writing and must contain a statement clearly outlining why a stay should be granted.

   1. (a) Although the Commission may grant an oral hearing regarding a request for a stay, the Commission may consider the request based solely upon the written submission of the educator or his/her authorized representative.
