Rule 503-1-.30. Probation Entity Fees

No probation entity shall assess, collect, or disburse any funds as it pertains to the collection of court-ordered monies, except by written order of the court or as required by State law.

1. (a) A current schedule of all probation fees must be filed by the probation entity.
2. (b) No probation entity, owner, director, agent, or employee may offer any program service or component for an additional fee unless the fee charge has been ordered by the court or as required by State law.
