Rule 503-1-.28. Probation Entity Reports

All probation entities shall provide the judge and the council with a quarterly probation entity activity report in such detail as the judge and council may require.

1. (a) Probation entity quarterly activity reports shall be submitted within 30 days after the close of each calendar quarter and shall be made utilizing forms approved by the council.

   1. (1) Graduated sanctions for failure to submit quarterly reports 1, 2, 3, or 4 times within any 24 month period. The 1st offense results in a notice of delinquency.
2. (b) Probation entities shall provide other reports in such detail as the county, municipality, consolidated government, court, Department of Audits and Accounts or the council may require.
3. (c) All records of the probation entity shall be open to inspection as requested by the county, municipality, consolidated government, court, Department of Audits and Accounts or the council.
4. (d) The council may produce aggregate reports summarizing statewide probation activities.
