Rule 494-1-1-.16. Application, License and Registration Fees

1. (1) The following fees shall be remitted to the Commissioners for each of the respective licenses issued at Brunswick:

   1. (a) First Short Branch following apprenticeship, valid for a period of not less than twelve (12) months..................................................................................................... $150.00
   2. (b) Second Short Branch, valid for a period of not less than twelve (12) months...................................... $100.00
   3. (c) Full Branch.................... $150.00
   4. (d) Certificate of Apprenticeship................... $ 50.00

2. (2) Every State pilot shall pay an annual registration fee, remitted to the Commissioners of Pilotage as follows:

   1. (a) Full Branch....................................................................... $100.00
   2. (b) Short Branch.................................................................... $ 50.00
3. (3) Every applicant for apprenticeship shall remit to the Commissioners of Pilotage a non-refundable fee of $150.00.
4. (4) The Commissioners shall remit to each member of the Board of Examiners a sum of $25.00 as compensation for each license examination.
