Rule 480-30-.06. Inspection of Records

GDNA agents shall have the authority to conduct inspections or audits of all records of drugs received and/or disposed of by any person dispensing drugs in accordance with a dispensing procedure and under authority of a job description or nurse protocol. GDNA agents shall have the authority to examine and copy all such records, and to examine and inventory all prescription drug orders. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 480-30-.06
