Rule 480-24-.02. Personnel

1. (1) The responsibilities of the Consulting Pharmacist shall include, at a minimum, review of each patient's drug regimen monthly and report of any irregularities to the Medical Director and Administrator of the nursing facility, written reports of pharmaceutical services, and monitoring of established policies and procedures for medication handling and storage.
2. (2) The responsibilities of the Vendor Pharmacist shall include, at a minimum, proper drug labeling, storage, transport, and record keeping in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
