Rule 464-13-.19. Latent Print Examiner Certification

Each person applying for Latent Print Examiner Certification must: (1) Complete the required core courses as prescribed by the Council within 36 months of the start date of the first required course; (2) Currently assigned to Latent Print Examiner duties; (3) Complete the initial latent proficiency test from an ISO/IEC 17043 accredited provider within twelve (12) months from the date of completion of the last required core course as prescribed by the Council. (4) Maintain an administrative file documenting completion of required annual latent proficiency tests. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 464-13-.19
