Rule 464-13-.16. Criminal Investigator Certification Requirements

Each person applying for Criminal Investigator Certification must: (1) complete the required core courses as prescribed by the Council; (2) have at least three years experience as a sworn law enforcement officer; (3) have one year experience as a full-time Criminal Investigator; and (4) currently assigned to Criminal Investigative duties.
