Communications Training Officer Certification Requirements

Effective Jan 7, 2008Published Dec 18, 2007O.C.G.A. Sec. 35-8-7.GEORGIA PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING COUNCIL

Each person applying for Communications Training Officer Certification must:

  1. (a) Possess a minimum of three (3) years experience as a communications officer with a minimum of two (2) years with current agency; and
  2. (b) Complete a Council approved course of instruction for Communications Training Officers.
