Rule 430-7-.01. Initiation of Revocation or Suspension Proceedings

Proceedings for the revocation or suspension of a license to practice optometry in the State of Georgia shall be initiated: (a) by the Board acting upon information within its knowledge; or (b) by the written verified complaint of any person alleging facts which if true would constitute grounds for the revocation or suspension of a license.
