Rule 420-10-.01. Fees

The required fee must accompany the appropriate applications as noted in the following schedule:

1. (a) Application fee for examination--Per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;
2. (b) Examination fee--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;
3. (c) Application fee for reciprocity--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;
4. (d) Biennial renewal--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;
5. (e) Delinquent renewal penalty--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;
6. (f) Duplicate certificate--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;
