Rule 40-7-1-.43. Compliance & Enforcement: Food Code, Annex 1

1. (1) Adoption by Reference. Annex 1, Compliance and Enforcement, of the current version of the FDA Model Food Code - and supplements thereto as applicable - is adopted by reference, except where the provisions of Annex 1 conflict with Georgia statues located in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. In instances of conflict, the Georgia code will maintain predominance.
