Rule 40-2-16-.22. Personnel - Cleanliness

1. (1) When to Wash. Hands must be washed, cleaned, and dried with an individual sanitary towel or other approved hand-drying device:

   1. (a) Immediately before milking;
   2. (b) Before performing any milkhouse function; and
   3. (c) Immediately after the interruption of any of these activities.
2. (2) Clean Outer Garments. Milkers must wear clean outer garments while milking or handling milk containers, utensils, or equipment.
