Penalties

  1. (1) The Department of Agriculture may deny, suspend or revoke the Animal Manure Broker permit for failure to comply with the rules set forth in this chapter.
  2. (2) The Department of Agriculture may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 for each violation.
