Rule 391-7-2-.01. Radon Awareness Grant Program

The Radon Awareness Grant Program was established to provide funds to local governments and community-based organizations to address radon issues in their communities. Funds may be used for any project that promotes radon awareness. (a) The Board of Natural Resources has approved the Radon Awareness Grant Program. The grant program is statutorily authorized by O.C.G.A. 12-3-5(a)and (d). Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 391-7-2-.01
