Rule 391-4-5-.20. Restricted Use Areas

In order to implement certain provisions of the Georgia Boat Safety Act, as amended, and specifically those provisions of subsection (b) of Section 17 of said Act relating to restricted use of public waters in the vicinity of properly marked marinas, bridges, public access ramps and blind points, the followings areas are identified as restricted use areas: (1) Marinas: (a) Allatoona Lake 1.
