Rule 391-3-2-.15. Enforcement

The administration and enforcement of these Rules and Regulations shall be in accordance with the Ground Water Use Act (O.C.G.A. Section 12-5-90et seq.) and the Georgia Administration Procedure Act. Such enforcement procedures include, but are not limited to, administrative orders, court orders, injunctive relief, and civil and criminal penalties. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 391-3-2-.15
