Rule 391-3-14-.03. Schedule of Project Fees

A contractor shall remit a fee to the Department of Natural Resources based upon the following formula:

1. (a) $0.10 per square foot of friable asbestos-containing materials plus $0.10 per linear foot of friable asbestos-containing materials, with a minimum of $25 for any project; but not to exceed $50 for any small project or residential dwelling project nor to exceed $1,000 for any other project.
2. (b) Such fee remittance shall be made at least seven calendar days prior to commencement of the project.
