Rule 391-1-8-.02. Applicability and Scope of these Rules

1. (1) The Rules in this Chapter shall govern all requests to change the dedicated use or uses of all or part of a Heritage Preserve.
2. (2) The Rules in this Chapter shall govern all requests by a local government to acquire fee simple title to a Heritage Preserve.
