Rule 375-7-4-.13. Motorcycle Safety Program - Course Fees and Charges

1. (1) All fees and charges are non-refundable with the following exceptions:

   1. (a) the course is full (fee can be applied towards a future class if student desires);
   2. (b) the course is cancelled; or
   3. (c) the registrant gives notice of withdrawal fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start of the course.
2. (2) The Commissioner shall, in his or her discretion, set fees and charges for students enrolling in the Department's courses and may establish higher fees for nonresidents.
