Rule 375-5-6-.30. Alternative Resources for Background Investigations

In the event the Department is unable to obtain fingerprint results from an applicant for reasons that are beyond the applicant's control, a background investigation of such applicant authorized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation will be conducted.
