Rule 375-5-6-.28. Inspection, Investigations, and Program Monitoring
- (1) The Department is authorized to inspect, monitor, and investigate Programs to determine compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Department.
- (2) Program Owners, Instructors, staff, and any agents, shall cooperate with any inspection or investigation by the Department and shall immediately provide any information reasonably requested by the Department.
- (3) Programs shall be notified of deficiencies in writing and advised of the target deadline for remediation.
