Rule 375-5-5-.04. Qualifications for Issuance of a For-hire License Endorsement

1. (1) For-hire license endorsement applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. (2) Applicants must possess a valid Georgia driver's license.
3. (3) Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 40-5-39.
4. (4) Must be a U.S. citizen or submit proof of lawful status.
