Rule 375-3-3-.05. Acceptance of Certificates for Reinstatement
(a) In order to be accepted for license reinstatement or to avoid a pending license suspension, the certificate of completion from a Driver Improvement Clinic or DUI Drug or Alcohol Use Risk Reduction Program must indicate that the course was taken and completed after the violation date which caused the pending or active suspension. (b) Approval of any clinic certificate except as set out herein must be made by the Commissioner or his designee. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 375-3-3-.05
