Rule 360-6-.17. Imposition of Sanctions. Use of Referral Fees Prohibited

The Board, in consultation with the Advisory Committee, may:

1. (1) Impose any sanction authorized under subsection (d) of O.C.G.A. 43-1-19 upon a finding of any conduct specified in subsection (a) of O.C.G.A. 43-1-19; or
2. (2) Make a finding that such conduct involved dividing or agreeing to divide a fee for acupuncture services with any person who refers a patient.
