Rule 360-3-.04. Mental or Physical Evaluations

For the purpose of this rule person means an individual that holds a license, certificate, or permit issued by the Board or who has applied for a license, certificate, or permit.

1. (1) The Board may, require a licensee or applicant to submit to a mental and physical examination by a physician or evaluation program approved by the Board. Mental or physical evaluations may be performed on an inpatient or outpatient basis as directed by the Board. The costs of the evaluation are the responsibility of the person being evaluated.
