Rule 351-1-.05. Fees

1. (1) All fee payments submitted to the Commission are non-refundable.
2. (2) Fees shall be paid in U.S. funds; the Commission may require certified funds at its discretion.
3. (3) The fee schedule shall be made available at the Commission office and on the Commission's website.
4. (4) Checks returned for insufficient funds will be addressed, as set forth in Code Section 16-9-20, and the Commission shall assess a processing fee, as outlined on the fee schedule, for any returned check, money order, or payment.
5. (5) Notices for fees due are sent only as a courtesy.
