Rule 292-1-.02. Meetings

(1) The meetings of the Commission shall be at the call of the Chairman and shall be held at a place to be designated by him. (2) The Commission shall hold meetings at least once a quarter to consider applications for benefits. However, the Commissioner shall not be required to hold any quarterly meeting if no applications are pending for consideration by the Commission. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 292-1-.02
