Rule 290-2-7-.11. Education
(1) The Outdoor Child Caring Program shall ensure that each child attends an appropriate educational program (regular, special education or vocational education) designed to meet his/her educational need. (2) Prior to or upon admission an Individual Education Plan shall be developed by the Camp staff, Camper, parent or Placement Agency and a certified teacher. The I.E.P. shall be incorporated in the Camper's individual service plan. (3) The I.E.P. shall conform with the State Standards and shall be updated annually.
