Rule 290-1-5-.04. Provisions

(1) The records search fee shall be payable in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. (2) The records search fee shall accompany the records check application. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 290-1-5-.04
