Rule 267-9-.04. The General Scope and Purpose of the Grant Program

To provide water, wastewater or solid waste project funding for any eligible jurisdiction of the State of Georgia within an empowerment zone or an enterprise community as designated by the federal government pursuant to 107 Stat. 543/664.
