Rule 267-22-.04. The General Scope and Purpose of the Grant Program

To provide funding for local governments to conduct energy audits of public facilities, implement building efficiency or lighting retrofit projects of public facilities, and take other measures to reduce their energy consumption 15 per cent below 2007 levels.
