Rule 265-4-.08. Reissuance of Certificates

The Board, by majority vote of the quorum, may reissue a Certificate of Registration to any person whose certificate has been revoked upon written application to the Board by the applicant, showing good cause to justify such reissuance. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 265-4-.08
