Rule 205-1-6-.02. Inquiries into Complaints

(1) GFSTC may conduct inquiries into complaints when necessary on a case-by-case basis. (2) Case files shall be maintained on all cases. These files shall be scanned and updated as necessary. Case files may be archived in a time frame as approved by the Council. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 205-1-6-.02
