Rule 205-1-6-.01. Review of Criminal History Reports

(1) GFSTC Staff shall review criminal history reports on all newly appointed/hired personnel seeking registration/certification. (2) Criminal history documents used to determine eligibility for fire service personnel must be current. (3) GFSTC Staff shall successfully complete training required by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in order to review criminal history reports. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 205-1-6-.01
