Rule 205-1-1-.03. Appointment of the Executive Director

1. (1) The Council shall appoint the Executive Director who shall serve at the pleasure of the Council.
2. (2) The Council shall establish the compensation of the Executive Director.
3. (3) Annual reviews shall be provided to the Executive Director by the Council.
