Rule 195-22-.08. Allocation of Funds

(1) Funds for all awards granted through the Medical Malpractice program shall be allocated from funding appropriated to the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce by the Georgia General Assembly for that purpose. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 195-22-.08
