Rule 195-16-.09. Accounting Procedures and Reporting Requirements

(1) The Georgia Department of Community Health shall maintain appropriate records in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Administrative Attachment Statute, O.C.G.A. 50-4-3. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 195-16-.09
