Rule 187-1-2-.01. Definitions

The following words and terms, as used in these rules, shall have the meanings hereinafter ascribed to them:

1. (a) "Director" shall mean the Director of the Office of Energy Resources;
2. (b) "Office" shall mean the Office of Energy Resources; and
3. (c) "Person" shall mean any individual, partnership, or corporation, association, governmental subdivision, or public or private organization.
