Rule 180-10-.01. Corporate Practice: Professional Engineering
(2) In order to be considered eligible for a certificate of authorization, any individual who is in responsible charge of the practice of professional engineering for the firm, corporation, professional corporation, partnership or association or other entity shall be a full-time employee of the firm, corporation, professional corporation, partnership, association or other entity, regularly engaged in the practice of professional engineering.
