Rule 157-3-.01. Application Fees

Fees are charged for the following:

1. (a) Registration;
2. (b) Examination;
3. (c) Re-examination;
4. (d) Endorsement;
5. (e) Biennial renewal;
6. (f) Late renewal;
7. (g) Reinstatement;
8. (h) Any additional fee the Board deems appropriate.
