Rule 120-2-93-.03. Definitions

All terms defined in O.C.G.A. § 33-59-1et seq., hereinafter referred to as the "Life Settlements Act" or "Act" which are used in this Regulation shall have the same meaning as in the Act. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-93-.03
