Rule 120-2-75-.09. Holding Company System

Any provider sponsored health care corporation which is part of an insurance company holding system must make all required filings and disclosures mandated by Chapter 13 of Title 33. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-75-.09
