Rule 120-2-71-.16. Communication with Annuitants

Premium notices, notices of cancellation, renewal notices, statements of annuity values or other communications relating to inforce annuities shall be separated from financial institution account information. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-71-.16
