Rule 120-2-55-.02. Purpose

The purpose of this Regulation is to set forth the rules and procedural requirements which the Commissioner of Insurance deems necessary to carry out the provisions of Chapter 3, Title 33 of the Georgia Insurance Code, relating to administrative supervision. (a) This Regulation shall not be interpreted to limit the powers granted the Commissioner by any laws or parts of laws of this state. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-55-.02
