Rule 120-2-50-.12. Fees

(1) Any application for a license shall be accompanied by a fee as provided in O.C.G.A. Sec. 33-8-1. This fee is nonrefundable. (2) An annual license fee as provided in O.C.G.A. Sec. 33-8-1, payable to the Georgia Commissioner of Insurance, is required upon licensing and on or before July 1 of each year. The first license period is from the date of licensing through the following June 30th. The license fee will not be prorated for a period of less than one year. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
